THE MARKET WITH A MISSION
Chapelwood’s Spring Thing Market has been raising funds for women and children in need for 57 years! It is one of the largest spring shopping markets in the Houston area with over 70 high-quality vendors featuring clothing for women, men and children, home décor, jewelry, and specialty food items.
Mark your calendars for March 3-5 at Chapelwood UMC for the 57th annual Spring Thing Market. The 3-day shopping market is the perfect way to shop with purpose: net proceeds earned go to fund missions serving women and children here in Houston and around the world! That’s why Spring Thing is called “The Market with a Mission.”
Come shop for the must-have new jewelry, the latest spring fashions, the perfect rodeo outfit, or an Easter dress for your little one. There are also plants to spruce up your yard as well as home décor to freshen your house. Don’t forget about the famous jar of sweet and spicy pickles or that bag of trail mix the kids are always requesting!
Also plan to check out the silent auction and bid on weekend trips; rodeo, concert, and play tickets; and fabulous offerings from stores you love. And don’t miss meeting your friends to have a delicious lunch at Betty’s Tea Room in the Fellowship Hall.
See all the vendors’ offerings as soon as the market opens at the Preview Party on Tuesday, March 3 from 5:00 pm- 8:30 p.m. and nibble on awesome appetizers.
Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Go to www.springthingmarket.org to buy advance Preview Party tickets, luncheon tickets or for more details. Don’t miss the Market with a Mission!!
